This is officially the start of trimester two.  We’re telling people today the big news — that we are three months pregnant!

Woohoo! It’s nice not to have to keep the most exciting thing in our lives a secret any more 🙂

Wow, congrats Lex + Lauren! And you’re moving to NJ, where I was born, I’m sure that is not a coincidence 😉 Now you just need to move to Wyomissing in a few years so the son/daughter can be the first 2nd-generation Wyo 5 Live anchor!

Oh, and the idea of making a secret blog for your unborn child, that’s pretty darn cool! Whenever I’m in a situation similar to yours, don’t be surprised if I copy your clever idea 🙂

Congratulations from the Irishman in North Dakota
    Matt

  14. Helly Says:

A big congrats to the three of you! You may have been able to keep it a secret, but I think I picked up some of your vibes, as I’ve been suspicious for a while now 🙂

Hope everything continues to go well with the pregnancy, looking forward to reading more tales on the baby blog!

  15. Lex Says:

Lex’s email: I wanted you to check out a new website I’ve been working on — do you have a quick sec to take a glance? http://lexfriedman.notlong.com

David’s reply: my boss just left for the day – so i’ve got plenty of time…i’m checking out the website now…

    Lex’s phone: RING!

  16. Michelle Says:

    Hi Lex and Lauren,

I don’t know you at all, but I’m marrying your friend Adam, and your Baby Blog is hysterical, and I wanted to say b’sha’ah tovah! (Meaning “in good time,” a sneaky code word for “mazel tov” that’s supposed to ward off the evil eye, because apparently the evil eye works like a Dementor and is attracted by too much happy mazel-toving. Or something like that.)
