Kisses
It’s nice to be at an age where kisses really DO make a boo boo all better. Why do we have to lose that innocence as we grow older?

I dread the day Isabella passes this stage. I hate it when kids start to “grow up” in that way. Like when they decide Santa, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy aren’t real. Sure they aren’t real, but that’s not the point. It’s like the magic is gone and you can never get that back. The sad reality is that now days this happens sooner and sooner.

I hope I never pass that stage…I know that kisses still work on my boo-boo’s! Nickie…I am disappointed to learn that Santa, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy aren’t real!!!

Nick is at the age where a hug is nice but its no longer an automatic fix… But the good side is, he is more than happy to give kisses to the little kids when they need them. I guess its a trade off.

Nickie – I was just saying to Lex tonight that I wish Anya and Sierra could stay in their little lands of blissful happiness forever, too, but no matter what I try to do they keep growing up a little more each day.
Mom – You’ll always be my Tooth Fairy!
Erica – I guess the trade off of growing up is maturity, huh? Not a bad deal, I suppose.
