Nap Regression
Sierra, who had been moving steadily towards one nap a day, has gone back to taking two naps consistently again. Anya – who hasn’t napped regularly since NOVEMBER – started falling asleep during her afternoon rest time a week or two ago, napping for 90 minutes or more. Apparently she really needs it, because yesterday she missed it and then was falling asleep at the table during dinner. She insisted that she wasn’t hungry, just tired, and went to bed at 6 pm for the WHOLE NIGHT. What is with these kids? Is it something in the spring air?
